Hillcrest by virtue of wins over both Parkview and Lebanon must lose one of thier remaining two games, at Rolla, or when they host Waynesville in week 9, to get knocked out of the top spot in the Ozark Conference. If Hillcrest stumbles that would open the door for either Parkview or Lebanon who play one another in week 9. Provided when they meet in week 9 they have only one loss. Kickapoo is still alive at 5-2 but must win out and get a little help.
